Join Democracy Trailblazers for WHY vs WHY NOT: A Community Conversation bringing together voting rights advocates, community voices, entertainers, podcasters, and local talent for an evening that is informative, entertaining, and REAL.
The lineup
The night
Music starts at six and runs most of the night. Somewhere in the middle a panel of people from around Birmingham sit down for a real conversation, then the music picks back up.
It is a park, it is free, and it is the kind of night you bring a chair and a cooler to.
Free lot at the park plus street parking around Avondale. Come a little early on a Saturday.
Bring a folding chair or a blanket. It is an outdoor amphitheater, so set up wherever you like.

The teams are a friendly competition to bring as many neighbors out as possible. Come for the concert, hang out with good people, and hear a real conversation about voting and what it means for your future. Registering takes about twenty seconds and puts your name on Drew's list.
Democracy Trailblazers empowers high school students to find their civic voice through voter registration, education, and community action.
